After we cracked the inserting-objects-into-glass conundrum, we thought, what’s next? We noticed that everything was becoming ‘Smart’; Smart kitchen appliances, Smart wearable, Smart homes, Smart Cars et cetera.
We couldn’t help it and asked ourselves What If we created a Smart Glass? We already know how to insert objects into glass, what if we teamed up with an amazing tech company and did something together?
We found Weisbeerger, who do Big Data & Beer, or as they phrase it, turn drinks into data. They had answers to many of our questions and together we came up with the idea for Glassify™ – a chip in a glass. A chip in a glass enables us to communicate with the venue that serves the drinks, the manufacturer of the drinks and the consumers who drink the drinks. Now let’s say that a beer company launches a ‘Third Glass On Us’ campaign online. We can let that company know, in real time, how the campaign is going, in which cities, in which bars and what target audience is responding.
We can also send a notification to consumers who had those three beers offering to call them a cab, because they shouldn’t drive. And next time they go out, we can let them pre-buy drinks and leave their wallet at home. The chip in the glass will keep track of the tab.
We enabled numerous brands to strengthen their market position by providing them valuable data and a unique way to connect with their consumers.
